Account Registration & Security

Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security Obligations

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 66zz apps platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 66zz apps does not apply currency conversion charges on deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment methods.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and selected payment method.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 66zz apps reserves the right to exclude players from promotional offers at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts or alternate identities constitutes fraud.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is satisfied.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 66zz apps platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual Game Rules published within each game interface, together with the general fair play principles set out in this section.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 66zz apps platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using counterfeit identity documents during registration or verification.
• Money laundering: Using the 66zz apps platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that constitute the proceeds of criminal activity. 66zz apps cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated scripts to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, in a manner that constitutes abuse of the betting platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider after making a deposit to 66zz apps. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and debt recovery proceedings.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 66zz apps systems, introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfering with the platform's technical infrastructure.

Account Suspension & Closure

66zz apps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Extended period of inactivity (accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed with prior notice sent to the registered email address).

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Support Team at [email protected]. Before closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect economic losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by the negligence of 66zz apps or its employees, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

66zz apps reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as modifications to deposit limits, wagering requirement structures, account verification requirements, or player rights — 66zz apps will provide reasonable notice to registered players via account notification, email to the registered address, or a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability — may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the latest version will always be displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amended version of these Terms, you must stop using the 66zz apps platform and request account closure. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 66zz apps makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction beyond Bangladesh, and access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is at the player's own risk and legal responsibility.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and 66zz apps, we encourage you to first contact our Support Team at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within five business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the internal review process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our senior management team. Details for escalation will be provided in the initial response to your complaint.

66zz apps commits to handling all disputes in good faith, with transparency, and in accordance with the principles of natural justice. We keep records of all complaint correspondence for a minimum of three years.
